We don't accept returns since our products are worn directly on your baby's skin and hygiene comes first. That said, we never want you stuck with something that doesn't work.
If anything is wrong with your order, we offer a full refund within 30 days, no hoops to jump through. Check our full refund policy for the details.
When does my order arrive?
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. From there, delivery takes 8 to 10 days to reach you.
We'll send tracking as soon as your order ships so you're never left wondering.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders $50 and above. Because you're already spending enough on tiny humans.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry:
- 0 to 3 months
- 3 to 6 months, and
- 6 to 12 months.
The full first year, covered.
How do I know which size to get?
Every baby grows at their own pace, so we size by age to keep it simple.
Not sure between two sizes? Size up. They'll grow into it faster than you think.
